Customer Service Representative

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Customer Service Representative will be a primary point of contact for many customers, while also working closely with the sales and logistics teams. Using strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, they will have a positive impact on the customers they interact with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, process customer orders as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Provide extraordinary customer service over phone, email and in person
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of information
- Assist customers by providing general and technical product information
- Assist customers with back orders, delivery dates and product returns
The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and/or the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
