Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Surrey, BC (ON-SITE)
Job Summary:
Join our client, a leading producer of mechanical pipe joining solutions, as their next Customer Care Representative.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and email, process customer orders, and assist with stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries. This role involves working with an AS400-based system as well as web-based applications. You will also support the outside sales team and collaborate with supply chain and distribution partners. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong organizational skills, and pay close attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities:
Process customer orders using web-based and BPCS (AS400) systems.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly.
Expedite and source products to meet customer requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer needs.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in customer relations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
High emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
University degree or college diploma preferred.
