Join a fast-growing, innovative commercial General Contractor shaking up the industry! We’re seeking an experienced Foreman with expertise in earthworks, utilities, and commercial construction to be a key player in the expansion.
Are you a natural leader with a passion for construction? We’re looking for a Construction Foreman to drive projects, manage teams, and keep operations running smoothly—on time and within budget!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Supervise – Oversee crews, assign tasks, and ensure top-quality workmanship.
- Plan & Execute – Develop schedules, source materials, and track project progress.
- Ensure Safety & Efficiency – Maintain a secure work environment and enforce best practices.
- Communicate & Collaborate – Work with stakeholders, ensuring projects meet expectations.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in construction procedures in particular earthworks, utilities and commercial construction
- Experience in managing and overseeing civil construction projects and teams
- Experience with construction equipment, and blueprints
- Estimating knowledge and experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams
- Ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Competitive Salary: $100K-$120K+ commensurate upon experience, Health Spending Account, Company Vehicle
