Clinical Applications Specialist / Sonographer
- Based in Calgary or Edmonton
Our medical client is THE innovator in their field and have led the way in developing leading-edge medical technology and solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare around the globe. In this post-sales support role, you will be partnering with the territory sales team to understand and support hospital customers’ clinical needs, educating and demonstrating products using clinical best practices, and managing all new product implementation and training within hospital sites across AB, MB, and NWT (40% territory travel required).
- Provide clinical, technical, and educational support and training to new and existing customers and encourage customer product adoption
- Address any customer issues to ensure ongoing positive customer experiences
- Support sales team by maintaining company presence and relationships at hospital sites and work to convey overall value of for users and other stakeholders within customer sites
- Identify potential opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and share leads with the sales team
Candidates must have completed post-secondary education in Sonography from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution and hold a current professional license with Sonography Canada coupled with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in diagnostic ultrasound (hospital or clinic). RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible desired.
Compensation includes a base salary of $95-105K plus a performance-based bonus plan with total income potential of $110-120K TI, plus company vehicle and gas card, paid travel expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, pension plan, paid time off, and other employee wellness programs designed to support your overall well-being.
