Position: Client Relationship Manager

Our client, a forward-thinking Alberta-based company specializing in commercial building construction, is seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager to join their Calgary office. We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives under pressure in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Sales, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners. You will also analyze the company’s communication strategy, negotiations, and contracts to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Develop and enhance relationships with clients, key suppliers, and partners.
- Review company practices to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities using technology and inform the sales team for follow-up.
- Manage the lead generation system.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services, and special promotions.
- Address and resolve client complaints efficiently.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events.
- Oversee and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (an asset).
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the construction industry is a definite advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and a robust work ethic.
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems, social media, and online search tools.

Remuneration for this position will consist of a competitive base salary between $80-100K commensurate upon experience3-4 weeks vacation and full company paid benefits including parking.
