Business Development Representative – Mechanical Services

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll drive growth by selling HVAC service and maintenance contracts within the mechanical sector. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering customized solutions that keep systems operating at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for service contracts and related mechanical solutions.
- Use proven sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continually sharpen your sales expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (5+ years) in HVAC, mechanical services, or related technical industries.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary in the range of $85K to $95K, depending on experience. In addition, the position offers a highly rewarding commission program designed to recognize and encourage strong sales performance targeting total income in excess of $140K+. The package also includes an automobile allowance and a comprehensive benefits plan with RRSP matching.
