What You’ll Do
- Support business development and sales initiatives across a diverse portfolio of technical products and solutions.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities through prospecting, research, and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, quotations, bid submissions, and customer communications.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
- Support pipeline management, reporting, and strategic growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Technical, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in application sales, business development, customer support, account coordination, or a related role is preferred.
- Exposure to energy, utilities, industrial products, HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical sales is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and passport with willingness to travel as required.
Remuneration for this position will consists of a starting base salary between $55-65K, full benefit program including RRSP matching
