About Our Client: Our client delivers new, cutting-edge products that meet the evolving needs of aesthetic practitioners and their patients.
Position Scope:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated sales representative to join their new Canadian Team. This role is ideal for a skill self-motivated professional with a strong track record in the medical aesthetics and surgical product space, with an emphasis on selling high-value products to plastic surgeons, dermatologists and GP’s in the aesthetic field. There will also be a hospital sales component for breast reconstruction.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of Breast Implants and Reconstruction products: Develop and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical decision-makers. Drive sales of breast implant products for both cosmetic and reconstructive purposes.
- Fat Transfer Systems: Promote and educate Plastics surgeons on their fat transfer system, engaging practitioners with product knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Threads, PRP and Dermal Filler: Increase product adoption of their filler, PRP and Health Canada-approved threads through expert-level consultation, product demos, and tailored sales presentations.
- Territory Development: Manage and expand an existing client base within your assigned territory. Identify growth opportunities and develop new accounts with a focus on both private practices and hospital environments.
- Training and Education: Provide clinical education, attend office demos, and train clients on product usage, ensuring a high level of product satisfaction and compliance.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting: Collect and report feedback on competitive products, market trends, and client preferences. Keep track of your sales, work to hit targets and quotas while staying within the budget. Stay on company policy and procedures while reaching your targets.
- Collaboration– Work closely with the Customer Service and marketing teams to reach goals and drive cohesive strategies for territory growth.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Fully bilingual in French and English.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the medical aesthetics or surgical industry, with established relationships in the plastic surgery field.
- Previous hospital experience is asset.
- Bachelors degree in related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales, territory management and territory growth.
