Associate Insurance Advisor

Are you a new graduate or someone looking to make a career change?! Are you a Personal Lines Associate looking to move back home? We are looking for someone who is outgoing and has a positive attitude for an exciting Associate Insurance Advisor role in Gander, Newfoundland.
The Associate Insurance Advisor will support clients with a wide range of insurance related needs, including addressing general inquiries and coverage explanations, making policy changes, providing claims assistance, assisting with payments and billings, and other relevant duties as required. The Associate Insurance Advisor will communicate through email, phone, and in person to provide a high level of service.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have or be willing to get a level 1 General Insurance License within 2 months of hiring. One-year sales and service experience or related business experience is preferred. Knowledge of insurance coverages would be beneficial, and previous customer service experience is required. You must also have excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills. The ability to multi-task, keep a high attention to detail, and maintain a positive and courteous demeanor is required as well as discretion in dealing with clients.
An excellent compensation package is offered, commensurate with experience.
