Location: Greater Vancouver Area (Langley-based, travel up to 70%)
Compensation: Base Salary $70,000 to $80,000 + Sales Incentives + Benefits
We’ve partnered with a national leader in the waterworks and infrastructure sector to recruit a results-driven Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional who thrives on building lasting relationships, delivering technical solutions, and growing business in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customers by understanding their business needs, providing tailored solutions, and executing a consultative sales process. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to uncover opportunities, generate quotes, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify customer needs and provide value-driven solutions
Prepare and present quotes for construction and infrastructure projects
Expand business opportunities by cross-selling relevant products and services
Deliver on commitments and support long-term account growth
Travel regularly throughout your territory (up to 70% of the time)
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in construction, industrial supply, or infrastructure
Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building trust with clients
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently
Passion for solving problems, driving sales, and creating lasting partnerships
