Sales Agent/Broker – Alberta Independent Pharmacy Channel

Our client is a growing generic pharmaceutical company looking to partner with a driven and relationship-focused independent Sales Agent/Broker based in Alberta to secure new business within the independent retail pharmacy market across the province. This is an excellent entrepreneurial business opportunity to work for yourself, run your own show, and fully leverage your existing pharmacy relationships. We are looking for a motivated sales professional currently in the retail pharmacy space with industry contacts and long-term partnerships.
As an independent and self-employed Sales Agent/Broker, you will further develop your strong relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and key decision-makers and promote a portfolio of high-quality generic pharmaceutical products, execute strategic sales initiatives, negotiate purchasing opportunities, and help independent pharmacies improve profitability through competitive product offerings and exceptional service. Plus you have the freedom to carry additional complimentary product lines to supplement your portfolio, if desired.
- Develop and grow sales within independent retail pharmacies and build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staff
- Present product information, pricing programs, and promotional initiatives that are based on customer needs, minoritizing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, marketing, and operations to ensure prompt service, delivery, and satisfaction

As an independent and self-employed Sales Agent/Broker, for the first 6 months you will receive a commission guarantee of $10k per month (non-recoverable) then rolling into 100% commission-based position with unlimited potential, including the option to represent additional complimentary product lines, if desired. Car allowance and travel-related business expenses (hotels, gas etc) are also covered.
