Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Foreman / Journeyperson plays a key role in leading and executing roofing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This position requires strong technical expertise in flat roofing systems, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Travel to various job sites will be required.
What You’ll Do
Lead installation, repair, and replacement of flat roofing systems (BUR, SBS, single-ply)
Oversee job site safety, setup, and execution
Supervise and mentor crew members
Ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards
Travel to project sites as required
What You Bring
Certified Roofing Journeyperson preferred however strong consideration given to candidates with significant, relevant experience
Proven leadership in commercial roofing environments
Ability to read drawings and work at heights in all weather conditions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Comfortable working at heights, in varying weather conditions, and travelling for project work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
You remuneration for this position will consist of a base salary between $90-120K, signing and retention bonuses, company truck and cell phone, full benefits and RRSP matching, relocation support if required
