HVAC Technical Support Advisor

Are you looking for a great new opportunity in the HVAC industry? Our client is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their dynamic team in the Moncton area!
This position is customer focused and would include technical support of products, job site visits, and start-up and commissioning support. The Technical Support Advisor will provide first line technical support for installation and troubleshooting support via phone, email, live video, or occasional onsite visits. They will also provide technical guidance to sales staff, audit and update technical documentation and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of troubleshooting guides and resources.
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in HVAC, engineering, or a related fields along with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, including hands on troubleshooting of HVAC equipment. They will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and customer services skills in order to best assist clients. A proficiency with computers, an understanding of wiring schematics, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings are required.
