Territory Manager

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Territory Manager will be dynamic and results-driven, with proven expertise in developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets. Skilled in building strong relationships with Physicians and Family Health Teams, and aligning sales strategies with organizational goals in the given territory. Adept at analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and retention. Recognized for fostering and cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with family physicians, hospital administrators, and Family Health Teams.
- Act as a trusted resource by understanding their clinical needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Differentiating the services of Maritime Sleep Clinics versus competitors in the market.
- Identify new opportunities within clinics, hospitals, and health teams to expand service adoption.
- Manage a defined territory, scheduling regular visits and maintaining a consistent presence with key decision-makers and referral sources
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for the clinics and participate in the strategic geographical growth of the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Translate technical product information into practical benefits for patient care and outcomes.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings to promote the company and stay current with industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of Sales experience dealing with physicians, hospitals and family health teams to drive referrals.
- Track record of creating, managing, and scaling a profitable sales organization, targeting both new and existing accounts
- Demonstrated Sales growth success
- Track record of substantial quantitative achievements
- Ability to work in a smaller, entrepreneurial organization. Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done.
- Comfortable in a service-driven business. Understands the nuances of customer needs and how to meet and exceed them.
- Excellent communications skills. Possess ability to persuade, influence, and build consensus among all stakeholders.
