Outside Sales Representative (Vancouver / Surrey / Richmond)
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + OTE $90,000
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established national provider of essential environmental and operational services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative focused on new business development across the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter who enjoys prospecting, building pipelines, and closing new business.
You will manage a defined territory, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients within assigned territory
- Maintain and grow an existing customer base
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and cold calling
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Present solutions and deliver value-based proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery
What You Bring
- 3–4+ years B2B sales experience
- Strong prospecting and closing ability
- Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- CRM experience preferred
