Our client has become one of Western Canada’s trusted manufacturing and maintenance partners to the oil and gas industry since 2010. Their reputation is built on craftsmanship, accountability, and clear communication — and they invest heavily in developing people who want to learn and perform.
They are looking to add a Technical Account Representative who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
The Opportunity
This is a career-building role designed for someone who is motivated to learn, take feedback, and grow into a long-term contributor. You’ll work alongside experienced account managers, engineers, and subject matter experts while learning how complex industrial projects are scoped, priced, and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers in reviewing and responding to customer RFPs and RFQs
- Review technical drawings, data sheets, and specifications to support proposal development
- Prepare estimates for new construction, maintenance, and repair projects
- Collaborate internally to validate scope, pricing, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with approved third-party vendors to support proposal requirements
- Help assemble competitive, professional proposals for both formal and informal inquiries
Who You Are
- Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong mechanical aptitude
- Postsecondary education in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments (sales, operations, construction, manufacturing, customer-facing roles, etc.)
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and technically curious
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Willing to travel to customer project sites as required

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonus structure
