Regional Sales Manager, Canada – Aesthetics

As Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will lead a cross-functional team of Sales Reps across Canada. Your mandate is to drive growth across the aesthetic portfolio and leverage your industry-specific expertise in strategic leadership, field sales execution, and operational excellence to achieve sales goals through both new account acquisition (capital equipment) and procedure utilization expansion (consumables).
This role can be based in any major Canadian center with 50% travel required. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and has a proven track record of developing top-tier sales talent, executing complex business plans, and delivering results in medical device, aesthetics, or specialty healthcare with a track record of driving top results:
- Inspirational and hands-on leader who can balance strategy with field execution.
- Collaborative partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
- Data-driven, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability for delivering measurable outcomes.
A complete compensation package with all the perks, including salary of $130K plus uncapped commission plan and accelerators for overachievement, at target income of $165-175K with lots of opportunity for additional earnings based on performance, company car or car allowance, gas and travel expenses, health benefits etc.
