Are you a sales leader with deep experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or building products industry? Do you excel at motivating teams, driving market growth, and building strong customer relationships? Our client—an established, highly respected organization with a reputation for outstanding culture and employee development—is searching for a Sales Manager to lead their Saskatchewan sales operations based in either Saskatoon or Regina.

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Outside Sales Representatives and Technical Specialists across Saskatchewan, ensuring the region continues to thrive and expand. Approximately 25–30% travel within the province is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Drive strategic sales initiatives across plumbing, HVAC and hydronic related product categories
- Support and coach Outside Sales Representatives on territory management, customer engagement, and solution selling
- Collaborate with Technical Specialists to ensure customers receive expert guidance and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and industry partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
- Background in plumbing, HVAC or closely related is strongly preferred
- Experience managing sales teams or senior outside sales professionals
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven record of increasing revenue, growing territories, or building high-performance teams
- Self-motivated, strategic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base salary: $90,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
