Pharmaceutical Sales – Dermatology
Our client is a global company that develops, manufactures, and sells a wide range of pharmaceutical products in multiple therapeutic areas, including dermatology and medical aesthetics. We are hiring a Dermatology Sales Rep to manage and grow the business with GPs and Specialists throughout Calgary and area (minimal overnight travel). In this sales role you will demonstrate strong product and message mastery that delivers clear and compelling value in every customer interaction. You will engage a variety of HCPs in needs-based conversations that position these products as real solutions, leveraging clinical, business, and practice-level insights to drive adoption and long-term loyalty. Building trusted relationships across the entire clinic, from front desk staff to physicians, is important as you adapt your approach to each unique environment.
You will drive your sales and manage your territory as your own business including developing and executing account business plans to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Through your analysis of territory data and physician insights, you will identify growth opportunities, prioritize key accounts, optimize call frequency, and maximize access to decision-makers. The ability to maintain a strong customer-first mindset is important as you operate with strategic agility and use sound business judgment.
Qualified candidates possess a university degree in Science or Business, with 3-5 years of sales experience in a related pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales role. Compensation is dependant on experience including a salary of $100-$110K plus approx. $20-$30K sales bonus potential, company car and gas card, paid travel expenses, and full company health benefits.
