Inside Sales Consultant, Nutrition and Wellness
Our client is an established and growing nutrition and wellness consulting practice with a strong local presence and solid reputation that is built on core business values of compassion, empathy, care, and collaboration. Their team of private practice Registered Dietitians provide scientific, evidence-based nutrition consulting services, resources and tools that help people achieve improved health, mental health and wellness.
They are excited to expand their sales team with a Full-time Inside Sales Consultant to help manage and follow-up on incoming patient referrals, client inquiries, and warm sales leads. This is a consultative, inbound-only sales role (no cold calling required). Your focus is on helping prospective clients feel welcome, supported, and confident as they begin their nutrition and wellness journey. You will work on-site at their clinic location and collaborate with the Sales Manager and the client experience team to guide clients through service offerings.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email with empathy, professionalism, and warmth
- Schedule intake calls and build rapport with prospective clients by listening to their wellness goals and health concerns and clearly explaining service offerings
- Book clients with the right practitioner and program and customize recommendations based on their needs and goals
- Support and attend sales calls with the Sales Manager as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads who have not yet booked
Qualified candidates possess a science related degree/diploma and a passion and drive to make a difference and win: you measure success by both client impact, doing good in the world as well as sales performance. Relevant experience includes 2 years in a client-facing or consultative sales and service role, ideally within the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of health and wellness, and personal values of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This is a Full-time and On-site position working at their centrally located clinic, Monday to Friday regular business hours. Compensation includes salary and commissions (based on achievement of sales targets) with total income potential of $65-80K and lots of opportunity for growth and advancement for those who excel.
