
Human Resources Generalist
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established leader in the fuel distribution industry, who’s looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team.
This position is based in Edmonton (Remote)
The Role
- Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding for drivers, dispatchers, and office staff.
- Manage employee development programs focused on safety, compliance, and customer service.
- Coordinate performance reviews and help foster a strong, engaged workplace culture.
- Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with labour standards across AB, SK, MB, and BC.
- Handle payroll and benefits with accuracy, confidentiality, and care.
- Partner with leaders across departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience ideally in transportation, logistics, or fuel distribution.
- Strong working knowledge of provincial labour laws and HR best practices.
- Skilled in payroll and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem solver who can balance multiple priorities and support both field and office teams.
