They are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Commercial Manager to join their leadership team and report directly to the Vice President.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow key supplier and customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with producers, refineries, and strategic partners.
Develop and execute market strategies based on research, trend analysis, and competitive insights.
Negotiate complex fuel supply and sales agreements that deliver tangible value to the business.
Build innovative models for supply, logistics, pricing, and sales to drive profitability.
Partner with Indigenous communities to develop mutually beneficial business opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
What You Bring
5+ years of proven success in the oil and gas sector, ideally with midstream delivery experience.
Strong foundation in trading, market analysis, or commercial negotiations.
Well-developed network within the Canadian oil and gas market.
Experience in oil and gas supply chain logistics (rail and marine transport a strong asset).
Track record of negotiating and delivering complex agreements.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Experience working with Indigenous communities is an asset.
The Rewards
Base Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
