Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Are you a new graduate or someone looking to make a career change? We are looking for someone who is outgoing and has a positive attitude for an exciting Customer Service role in Halifax, Nova Scotia!
The Customer Service Representative will support clients with a wide range of insurance related needs, including addressing general inquiries and coverage explanations, making policy changes, providing claims assistance, assisting with payments and billings, and other relevant duties as required. The Customer Service Representative will communicate through email, phone, and in person to provide a high level of service.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a level 1 General Insurance License for Nova Scotia. A strong understanding of insurance coverages and apologies, and previous customer service experience is required. They must also have excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills. The ability to multi-task, keep a high attention to detail, and maintain a positive and courteous demeanor is required.
An excellent compensation package is offered, commensurate with experience.
