Manager of Project Delivery
Our client is a family-owned steel fabrication leader focused on delivering structural steel and metalwork for major commercial and institutional construction projects, including landmarks like recreation centres and civic facilities.
As the Manager of Project Delivery, you’ll be the backbone of exceptional project execution—from detailed planning through final delivery. You’ll guide engineering, fabrication, and site activities, ensuring projects hit cost, schedule, and quality goals. You’ll also mentor junior PMs and help shape a collaborative atmosphere.

What You’ll Do
- Lead project oversight: budgeting, scheduling, change management, and performance tracking
- Coordinate drafting, engineering, fabrication, QC, and site construction
- Serve as client advocate—manage project meetings, RFIs, shop drawings, and regular updates
- Foster proactive client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Actively support and mentor other PMs, promoting teamwork
- Lead site inspections, safety planning, and documentation via the company portal
- Champion a safety-first culture and model best practices
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing steel fabrication or construction projects
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, change control, and stakeholder communication skills
- Leadership style that blends accountability with mentorship
- Comfortable on-site; capable of client meetings and site walks
- A thorough understanding of QC, safety, and document control best practices
- Collaborative mindset—you enjoy supporting fellow PMs and growing a team
