Enterprise Data Architect – Financial Services Sector
We are recruiting for a senior-level Enterprise Data Architect to join a high-impact data and analytics team focused on large-scale transformation across complex enterprise environments. This role offers the opportunity to drive architecture strategy, lead multi-year roadmaps, and shape the future of data platforms across cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
You’ll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, define enterprise data strategies, and deliver modern data platforms that support advanced analytics, governance, and AI/ML initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy aligned with business outcomes and transformation goals

Architect and implement end-to-end data platforms across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) environments

Lead the design of data architectures, including data mesh, data lakehouse, MDM, and governance frameworks

Evaluate and recommend modern data platforms and technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Purview, OneLake, Synapse)

Enable AI/ML/Gen AI readiness across enterprise data ecosystems

Engage with senior leadership (CDOs, CIOs, D&A heads) to translate strategy into actionable architecture and execution plans

Support architecture reviews, best practices, and compliance across enterprise data programs
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in data architecture, with experience in enterprise data strategy and solutioning

Deep experience across Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, MDM, and data modeling

Strong foundation in data warehousing concepts, dimensional and Data Vault modeling, and familiarity with data mesh

Hands-on leadership in cloud-native platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP

Experience with data and analytics stacks including Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Purview, Fabric, and other leading tools

Proven experience enabling AI/ML workloads and delivering architecture to support Gen AI initiatives

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite
Nice to Have

Experience in consulting or professional services

Prior exposure to BFSI or other highly regulated industries

Familiarity with data privacy, lineage, and regulatory frameworks
