Position Scope:
In this position, your main focus will be expanding and sustaining our client base by implementing top-performing marketing approaches. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and support by fostering strong communication, collaboration, and a sense of responsibility within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing accounts within your territory.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and consistently convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Deliver outstanding service and support to clients by ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Strategically plan weekly client outreach to maximize market coverage and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team by sharing market insights and contributing to meetings, discussions, and team initiatives.
- Create and communicate tailored solutions, including pricing proposals and relevant sales collateral.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Organized individual who is driven to provide effective solutions for customer needs.
- Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with others.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Full proficiency in French and English
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in the transportation and logistics sector.
