Gym Operations & Growth Coordinator – Lloydminster
We are currently hiring a Gym Operations & Growth Coordinator on behalf of a leading fitness facility in Lloydminster. This pivotal role combines day to day operational management with community-focused business development, playing a critical part in the gym’s continued growth and success.
Reporting to: President
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Coordination
- Manage schedules and staff accountability across training and front desk roles
- Foster clear communication and strong team dynamics
Facility Operations
- Proactively manage equipment, supplies, and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with service providers to keep everything running smoothly
Class & Program Scheduling
- Work with coaches and leadership to build schedules based on demand and utilization
Client Experience
- Be a visible leader who supports members and solves problems
- Use reporting to identify service improvements and engagement opportunities
External Sales & Partnerships
- Build local B2B relationships and drive new client acquisition
- Represent the gym in the community through events and outreach

- Proven experience leading a team and managing operations
- Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with sales conversations and local outreach
- Organized, dependable, and energized by fast-paced environments
- Ready to start immediately and make a measurable impact
