Medical Sales – Digital Health Technology
This is an exciting ground floor sales opportunity to join a digital health technology innovator that develops industry leading EMR and RIS integrated automation tools and solutions using AI software that streamlines the administration tasks enabling the doctor more time to focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care. As the Alberta Sales Representative you will expand outreach within the medical community across the province, and beyond. This is a “boots on the ground” hunter sales role promoting and SAAS technology to medical clinics in family medicine, specialty medicine, and other healthcare service clinics.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the customer base.
- Leverage your current network of medical contacts building trusting and strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key clinic decision makers in the medical field.
- Conduct compelling demos, f2f and virtually, and showcase the benefits and value of SAAS products and solutions to HCPs.
- Collaborate with inside sales and customer success teams, marketing, and product development and ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events across North America to network and promote offerings.
Qualifications include a university degree with pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience and a proven track record of success selling to physicians with the ability to hunt new business. Personality wise; highly driven and ultra competitive. excellent communication and negotiating skills, persuasive, likable, and FUN. Compensation includes a salary of $75-95K plus lucrative sales bonus plan based on performance of $50-75K, km reimbursement, and company health benefits.
