Our client is currently seeking a full-time associate to join our Leasing & Sales team, assisting in daily administrative duties and working closely with the Leasing & Sales Coordinator on their growing portfolio. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, energetic, self-motivated, social, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the Real Estate industry would be preferred but they are willing to train someone with the right personality.
This role will be based primarily in our client’s Richmond office, with regular requirements to attend properties within the portfolio for showings, walkthroughs, etc. The candidate will need to have access to a personal vehicle for this purpose.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule management, coordinate and conduct showings with prospective tenants and handling communications
· Prepare comparable market analysis and property search
· Prepare all listing materials using WebForms and inputting information onto MLS and marketing websites, draft purchase and sales contract and/or additional paperwork under the direction of the lead agent
· Develop real estate marketing materials
· Respond to inquiries as dictated by the leasing procedures, track and manage lead sources
· Utilize and update internal procedural checklists and database
· Manage key handover and other field duties
· Perform additional leasing assignments as required
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
· Real Estate Trading License is required; Rental Management License is an asset or can be obtained while employed.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
· A resourceful thinker with exceptional time management and organizational skills who is always up for a challenge
· Proficient use of office equipment & software – including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as within a team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills a successful track record of working with clients at all levels
Experience:
- Canadian real estate sales: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Real Estate Trading Licence with the BCFSA (required)
