Key Account Manager
Moncton, New Brunswick
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Key Account Manager in Moncton, New Brunswick. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Key Account Manager establishes relationships with decision makers in the healthcare systems to grow the business. The Key Account Manager has a passion for helping patients and is ambitious and innovative in their approach to relationship building and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong, long- term relationships with strategic partners and decision makers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, gaining actionable insights and aligning them with the company’s offerings to grow the number of patients in our network.
- Understand, identify and prioritize each account’s unique needs and requirements, patient flow, and leakage points, ensuring the delivery of tailored, patient focused solutions to drive growth of dispensing
- Uncover regional opportunities to expand our presence and partnerships within healthcare institutions, regional health authorities and community clinics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to develop and execute strategic solutions to drive revenue
- Be an expert on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Leverage all relevant data to inform and gain actionable insights to build your strategic solutions.
- Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships, regularly reporting on key metrics and adjusting strategies as
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating clear and effective communication between the company and external
- Ensure that all partnerships comply with industry regulations and the company’s ethical
- Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in managing key accounts in the pharmaceutical industry.
- A strong understanding of healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
- An innovative mind for problem solving and solution design.
- Ability to travel as required.
