Architectural Technologist

Our client is looking for an Architectural Technologist in the Halifax area to join their team. The Architectural Technologist will support the design and production teams in project delivery through participating in pre-design and design processes, preparing complete sets of construction documents and details, and performing contract administration.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with an architecture firm and will be registered as a Professional Technologist. The ability to interpret and implement national and provincial building codes and municipal bylaws is required. Strong communication skills, specifically relating to industry communication and documentation is a must. Experience with contract administration, producing construction documentation, and using BIM software such as REVIT, is also required. We are looking for candidates with strong problem solving and analytical skills, who are passionate about continuing their professional growth!
