Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is looking for an Engagement Manager that will support the sales of IT staffing and consulting services to join their team in Calgary.
Essential Functions:
Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions and/or services to new and existing clients.
Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
Develops client-specific strategies aimed at achieving revenue, gross profit and other financial targets.
Regularly conducts site visits and sales meetings with clients.
Develops effective relationships with key client contacts.
Stays abreast of leading industry trends and sales best practices.
Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies.
Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
Assists in the establishment of sales, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Management to achieve assigned regional services goals.
Unique Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
AT LEAST 5 years of agency IT recruitment and account management experience-running a 360 desk is preferred
Post Secondary education is an asset
Solid network of local Alberta based IT candidates
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding new business and placement quotas.
Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.

Remuneration for this role consists of a base salary of 115-120K plus uncapped earning potential-OTE of 200K+in your first year, a great benefit program, hybrid work environment, and growth opportunities!
