The Position:

Summit Search Group has been engaged by NEXAT on the recruitment of their newest Service Technician. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain solutions for various agriculture equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with farm management systems.
Carrying out repair and conversion work on agricultural machinery in the field of mechanics, hydraulics, and on electronic components.
Train farmers, agronomists, and other end-users on the effective use of the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software updates, system patches, and integration with hardware components.
Maintain detailed records of services calls, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in company databases.
Provide feedback to development teams regarding common user challenges and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education in a related field.
Completed Training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics technician or automotive mechatronics technician.
Hands-on experience in agriculture/engineering or a comparable industry.
Knowledge in vehicles electrics, mechanics, hydraulics, and dealing with computer-aided diagnostic systems.
