Her role has expanded over the years, as she developed a strong passion for recruitment and has worked closely with senior partners to creatively source and secure top talent for search projects across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Known for her sharp eye for talent and her creative, results-focused approach, Sajida seamlessly integrates operational efficiency with SSG’s recruitment goals.

Before joining SSG, Sajida earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary and built a solid foundation in retail management, where she excelled in coaching teams to reach performance targets and enhance customer experiences. Her multifaceted background equips her to balance the strategic and human elements of hiring, fostering positive relationships that contribute to SSG’s ongoing success.
