Garrick is passionate about his career in professional recruitment. His extroverted and confident nature drives him to work hard, so he can provide his clients and candidates with a “people-first” approach. His primary motivation is to make a difference by identifying the best talent in the market and matching them with top companies. Garrick comes from a long line of millwrights, carpenters, and trades people and he grew up working in the trades. This valuable experience now provides him with a natural interest and desire to focus his recruitment practice on all levels of industrial operations positions, within Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Garrick has spent many years developing his leadership and networking skills through hockey. His impressive hockey career led him to play at the professional level, as well as being a division 1 Athlete. Prior to putting down his roots in Calgary, he successfully completed his BA in Communications at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
