With more than 15 years in customer service, Amal brings extensive experience focused on client services and relationship building.

Previous to joining Summit, Amal worked in the financial services industry for 7 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Philosophy from the University of Toronto and continues to pursue additional courses in Human Resources.
