In this role you will be entrusted to develop sales objectives and strategies to drive your growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners is paramount to your success. Implementing suitable promotional plans and delivering group presentations, training seminars, branch visits and installation tours will ensure a strong pipeline of sales and a high level of income. You will receive an incredible amount of in-person training in the classroom and in the field from direct counterparts and from senior level management. This training will happen across Canada during your first year on the team to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to be successful.
You will have 5-7 years of outside sales experience and will have ideally called on Water/Wastewater, HVAC, industrial, building products, mining, oil, municipal, or pipe/valve & fittings industry. Your strong organizational skills are evident and you will possess an above average mechanical aptitude. Lastly, an ability to interact effectively with contractors, owners, and distributors is required.
You will be paid a base salary between 85-95K and your 1st year income will be around 125K. The 2nd year income will be in the range of 125-150K and incomes of 150-200K are attainable targets that the driven Territory Sales Representative will achieve in year 3+. A fully expensed company vehicle and fantastic benefits are given from Day 1 and you will be included in the strong RRSP matching program after the first year.
