Service Coordinator – Halifax, Nova Scotia
Our client, based in HRM is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator for their locations. Successfully in business since the mid-90s, this company delivers some of the best products with the best installation and service in the industry.
They are seeking an experienced first class Service Coordinator for their Industrial branch who wants to work in a challenging and varied team position. In this position you will telephone customers and schedule service appointments, and schedule and dispatch calls to the service and inspection technicians. You will collect work orders and prepare invoices and monitor and keep track of technician’s hours, as well as other administrative duties as required. You will be the champion of customer satisfaction and perform follow-up service calls. This is a busy role. You must be an energetic individual with a positive attitude!
To be considered for this position, completion of Business/Office Administrative program or equivalent combination of training and experience are required and experience in a dispatch or call centre environment is an asset. Exceptional written and oral communications skills are also a must, and the ability to work independently and multitask in a team environment is essential. Additionally, customer service experience is a requirement, as are exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
