Senior Territory Manager

Our client, a leading North American brand, is currently looking to hire a Senior Territory Manager to join their team. As the Senior Territory Manager your main responsibility would be to drive and grow the wholesale business within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute superior levels of customer service and sales strategies to protect existing business from competitors while generating new clients in the targeted area to impact growth
  • Achieve year over year sales increases with wholesalers, vendors, and private contractors
  • Develop a territory action plan with strong sales strategies that effectively ensure meeting and exceeding sales plan
  • Aggressively prospect for new customers and drive business growth through leveraging multifamily housing, commercial, hotel/motel and property management
  • Maintain a high-profile level within your territory by actively participating in events and industry associations
  • Communicate sales forecasts and provide monthly sales reports
  • Create and implement local marketing and sales promotions within your territory

Qualifications:

  • University or College education in sales, marketing, business or equivalent
  • 5-7 years proven sales experience in relative business field
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Able to travel and work non-standard hours
