Our client is a leader in the healthcare industry.

Position Scope: 

The Senior Manager, Real Estate will oversee all leasing contracts for Innomar and Real Estate related activities. The Senior Manager, Real Estate reports to the Director Corporate Services.


  • Oversee overall contract management for all clinics and non-medical suppliers through collaboration with procurement and the Nursing & Clinics Unit
  • Oversee clinic payments and contact information that pertain to clinic operations
  • In collaboration with the Unit, responsible for development and execution of strategic plan for the department, specifically expansion of the clinic footprint and services
  • Collaborate with the Unit and finance departments to execute initiation, opening, ongoing maintenance, monitoring capacity & utilization metrics and overall financial performance
  • Collaborate with the Unit to ensure effective clinic set up and opening to meet client and business requirements, and national enterprise standards
  • Provide a central point of contact and liaison for all contracts & vendor queries/problems with internal stakeholders and external customers, providing superior customer service to all
  • Establish, maintain, and manage real estate management and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for the business
  • Liaise with all internal stakeholders (eg. Legal, IT, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure all aspects of clinic opening and operations are executed with accuracy and on time
  • Prepare with the Clinic leaders, the development of Capital Expense Requests as it relates to real estate to establish and maintain national standards across the Real Estate portfolio
  • The Senior Manager, Real Estate will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 5 years previous experience managing personnel required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar) preferred
  • Experience with managing multiple real estate/property leasing negotiations, set up and ongoing property management and operations considered an asset
  • Bilingualism, French/English is considered an asset
