– Drive new business and open new pharmacy accounts in your territory
– Manage current customers and always look to gain additional market share by providing unparalleled value and service
– Build a strong pipeline of business by planning and executing an effective territory management strategy for each store based on their unique needs and goals
– Effectively negotiate deals at store level with owners and managers
– Network and leverage all business relationships to expand your professional reach and develop your connections with potential customers
– Conduct business reviews with accounts and assist customers with ordering requirements, delivery options, invoicing, and payment cycles
– Monitor and analyze data and stay aware of market trends to identify competitive opportunities and advantages

Candidates must possess a university degree and 5-10 years proven outside sales success in a competitive and commission oriented selling role – pharmacy, healthcare or medical industry sales experience required. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commission plan with on target earnings of $100-110K first year ($125K + subsequent years), car allowance and gas card, health benefits, and paid expenses.
