Our client, a national leader within the sanitization and contract cleaning industry, is looking for a strong Business Development Representative to join their team. We are looking for someone who is incredibly driven, eager and money motivated!
• Securing new contracts by prospecting and booking presentations and closing
• Maintaining an open line of communication with the Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call metrics daily
• Develop and maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge to provide additional added value
• Conduct presentations
• Keep clients engaged and excited
• Maintain, manage and retain relationships
• Outshine others in a competitive market
• Maintain and keep CRM updated and fully completed
• Handle a high outbound targeted call volume
• A proven BD sales track record
• Strong presentation, negotiation and objection handling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be creative and willing to think out-of-the-box to illustrate unique value adds to potential clients.
• Must obtain a high level of energy
Remuneration for this role consists of a base salary of 45-50K with an uncapped commission program-OTE 80-100K+ within first year, benefits, amazing future opportunity, and the ability to work with an amazing, progressive, dynamic and forward-thinking executive team with constant training and growth!
