In this unique role, you will be required to:

  • To support Regions and Territory Managers in meeting and exceeding the overall goals
  • Lead for Merchandising throughout Canada (focus on residing geographical location)
  • Support locally in geographical location
  • Execute Sales Priorities
  • To assist in servicing all accounts to drive sales and move business forward
  • Support National Training, Conferences and Events

Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability: 

  • Using your strong telephone and video call sales skills and customer-service orientation to develop relationships, communicate value, close sales and drive revenue
  • Strong understanding of virtual communication applications
  • Verify and update the data in the corporate CRM (Veeva) ensuring accuracy of customer, dealers and doctors’ information
  • Lead qualification and follow-up
  • Responding to customer phone calls, emails, and web contact requests promptly and professionally
  • Working with Regional Managers and Territory Managers when required to properly service customers
  • Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of the technical features and business benefits of the company’s products and services
  • Ensure all requests and orders are fulfilled
  • Support all aspects of the sale cycle including order submission and customer service tasks
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues as they arise to the appropriate responsible resource
  • Continually strive to make process improvements to improve the level of service provided
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, regional and national initiatives and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with Region Managers to help manage / lead / present at conferences and educational seminars in order to raise awareness of the category and provide training.
  • Work in retail locations to execute Planogram changes and implementations
  • Merchandise products
  • Have the ability to drive (sometimes for distances beyond 4 hours)

  • An organized and detail-oriented multitasker who can adjust quickly from situation to situation, respect timelines and prioritize your workload to meet your objectives
  • A motivated self-starter who can be equally effective while working autonomously without supervision and as part of a team
  • Maintain a professional image while representing the company and respect the values and norms of the organization

Education

  • University degree

Related Experience

  • Experience in a customer facing role (ie: hospitality, retail, sales, coop)
