Our client is a visionary in their field and one of Vancouver’s most successful SaaS companies.  Currently 97% of the Fortune 1000 use their platform….97%!  To drive their next stage of growth they are adding a growth-oriented SaaS Sales Manager to lead their Enterprise Account Executives. In this role you will help a team of hunters target and close net new business.  You are a sales strategist, like digging into the numbers and love two headed calls.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, Mentor and build a highly successful inside sales team focusing on Enterprise level organizations.
  • Drive your team to beat their annual quota
  • Collaborate with the company Senior Management Team to develop and drive a sales process and methodology that will lead to sales pipeline predictability.

Your Background

  • 2+ years of proven SaaS sales leadership
    • Experience building, mentoring and coaching teams
  • 5+ years hands-on sales experience closing net new business with large enterprises
  • Experience selling to a technical buyer persona
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma in sales/marketing or other field of study or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong drive, competitive spirit, business acumen, and confidence
