Summit Search Group has partnered with our client, a successful Insurance Broker here in Winnipeg, who focuses on building a team of top professionals and creating the ultimate customer experience.  For this broker, we are recruiting a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join their team. This Insurance Brokerage is home to a positive, collaborative, and hard-working team who contributes to the success of the company.

Our client offers a competitive base salary and commission structure, Group Benefits, and an RRSP plan. This role would be during regular business hours, Monday – Friday.

The Opportunity:

Our client is currently searching for a new Personal Lines Broker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a book of business, with the expectation that they will effectively manage existing files and generate new business. Our client is looking for someone who is passionate in Insurance, creates exceptional customer experiences, and who has a strong knowledge base in personal lines.


You Have:

  • Level 1 General Insurance License, Level 2 is an asset.
  • 3+ years Personal Lines experience.
  • EPIC or TAM broker management software experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing stakeholder requests.
