An Outside Sales Representatives will combine their passion for interior design with exceptional relationship building and sales. With a busy and diverse schedule, each day provides opportunities to consult with and build lighting & plumbing product solutions for architects, designers, home builders, renovators, and design community clients. They establish lasting relationships and bring their sales savvy to grow accounts within their sales territories.
We’re looking for relationship-focused salespeople who bring a consultative approach who are inspired and engaged in interior design principles and trends.
Qualifications:
- You are a motivated individual with previous sales experience ideally in an building products setting
- You have been a successful sales track record are committed to providing excellent customer service
- You possess strong networking, interpersonal and presentation skillset
- Previous experience working with builders and design community the definite asset
- Post secondary education is preferred however careful consideration will be given to individuals background and experience
Remuneration in this position will consist of a base salary between $50-60K and monthly commission structure targeting first year income at $70-80K+. Also included is an automobile allowance in addition to a comprehensive benefit program including RRSP matching, tuition reimbursement etc. Strong training and promotion opportunities are included.
