Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to join an innovative company? Our client is looking for a new Office Manager for their office near Truro Nova Scotia, as their current Office Manager is retiring after more than 35 years of dedicated service! This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic company with a great work culture.
The Office Manager will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance to ensure a happy customer base. They will also manage inventory levels of office supplies and materials, place purchase order’s when required, and receive goods into the system. Additionally, the Office Manager will prepare monthly financial documents, ensure completion of daily invoicing, work with AR and AP entry and reporting, and arrange inter-company transfers.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have 3 to 5 years of previous experience with office management, supply chain, or bookkeeping. Strong communication skills are critical, and the ability to communicate fluently in French as well as in English is highly preferred. Candidates must have strong experience with customer service, working with Sage 100, and a high attention to detail. Strong leadership skills, and the ability multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment are required.
An excellent compensation package is offered, commensurate with experience.
