Office Administrator
Our client, a Canadian owned and operated building material company servicing the commercial and residential market for over 25 years, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team in Edmonton!
The successful candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support including:
- Managing service programs and outlook calendars with expertise
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Replying to routine inquiries via phone and email
- Providing project assistance when necessary
- Expediting flow of work, and initiates follow-up when necessary
- Maintaining stocks of office supplies
- Assisting with sales orders via phone, email and walk-ins, distribution and shipping
- Invoicing and taking customers payments
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of administration experience in a fast-paced environment. Building material experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and working with little supervision
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask is a must
- Strong MSOffice skills
Remuneration for this role consists of a base salary of 45-50k, a great benefit package with opportunity for growth.
