Join one of the world’s leading companies in medical technology that offers an array of innovative medical technologies and products sold around the globe. This an entry level sales apprentice role based in either Regina or Saskatoon working closely with the senior Account Executive for this region. This role will provide a training ground with the expectation to advance into a full Account Executive role within 12-24 months.
- Support regional Account Executive in the promotion, sales and customer education of a large portfolio of highly technical OR and surgical products
- Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical engineers and other key individuals within hospitals and surgical facilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved by assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on products and solutions and delivering excellent service
- Always go the extra mile to drive territory sales and overall commercial performance – strive to exceed monthly and annual targets and goals
- Quote products and maintenance programs to customers within pricing guidelines
- Successfully complete all technical product training and education programs and develop a high degree of knowledge regarding all product lines, selling features and competitive advantages
Qualifications include a recent university graduate (ideally science related) with 1-2 years sales experience and a passion for healthcare technology and the medical industry. As a sales apprentice attitude is key and a strong hunger and a love of learning is critical in order to excel with their detailed and extensive surgical technology training program. Compensation will include a base salary of $60K plus $20K sales bonus and car allowance with estimated first year income of $80K, travel expenses, and full health benefits.
