Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager
Our client, a North American leader who organizations trust to deliver professional and quality facility management services, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager. As a corporate brand ambassador, the successful candidate will be leading the execution of marketing strategy, maintaining brand integrity, and building content. If you are a self-starter who can work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments, with a passion for people and taking creative approaches to convey information through content marketing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans in alignment with the company’s annual marketing strategy, generating creative ideas to raise brand awareness
- Lead the execution of targeted web and social media marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support as required and collaborating with sales and operations leaders
- Create compelling content to educate and inspire customers
- Remain up to date with relevant trends and use these to develop long and short-term strategies
- Analyze customer insights, trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and assess against goals
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across all web and social media platforms, extracting key insights for future content and campaign development
Qualifications
- A university degree or diploma in marketing, sales, business, or related field is required
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, sales or in a related position is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to work with external stakeholders and peers
- Previous experience in the facility management, facility service or real estate industry is considered an asset
- Proficiency with social media and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must be highly creative and able to think outside the box, with an ability to provide insight and strategic recommendations
- A solid understanding of digital initiatives (web application, SEO, and google products including Analytics, Ads, and Webmaster Tools)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively, adaptable and flexible to a changing environment
- Some travel may be required
